Report settings

In report settings you define the time formatting of all reports when exporting them as either CSV (comma separated values) or XML. Note that these settings do not affect how time is displayed inside the FlightLogger platform (always hours:minute)

Duration format used when displaying reports

This setting controls the formatting of durations on all reports (except aircraft maintenance reports) displayed inside FlightLogger including PDF exports.

Duration format used when displaying maintenance

This settings controls the formatting of durations on all aircraft maintenance reports displayed inside FlightLogger including PDF exports.

This includes:

  • Aircraft page
  • Maintenance warnings
  • Maintenance parts
  • Aircraft profile
  • Aircraft status (service)

Note that by choosing the option According to flight log the durations are displayed with the format set on each aircraft flight log - found in Administration -> Aircraft -> Edit Flight Logs.

Paper size used when exporting reports to PDF format

Here you can choose between the standard A4 and Letter formats to make sure your PDFs are created in a printable size.

Time formats available when exporting

Seconds:

Displays time in whole seconds - for example 4500 for an hour and 15 minutes

Minutes:

Displays time in whole minutes - for example 75 for an hour and 15 minutes

Hours:minutes:seconds

Displays time in hours, minutes, and seconds - for example 1:15:00 for an hour and 15 minutes

Hours:minutes

Displays time in hours and minutes - for example 1:15 for an hour and 15 minutes

Decimals: with 2 decimal digits

Decimals: with 1 decimal digits
