Duration format used when displaying reports and student folder

Duration format used in reports and student folders. This setting defines how durations are shown across all reports and PDF exports in FlightLogger, except for aircraft maintenance reports.

Duration format used when displaying maintenance

This setting controls how durations are formatted on all aircraft maintenance reports in FlightLogger, including PDF exports. In addition to choosing between decimals or hours:minutes, the format can also follow the setup from the aircraft flight log.

This applies to:

  • Aircraft page

  • Maintenance warnings

  • Maintenance parts

  • Aircraft profile

* Note: If you select According to flight log, durations will follow the format set in each aircraft’s flight log, found under Administration → Aircraft → Edit Flight Logs.

Duration format used when building lessons

Define the time for each lesson. This is where you set the duration for each flight description in the specific lesson.

Paper size used when exporting reports to PDF format

Sets the paper size used when exporting receipts and reports to PDF.

Choose between standard A4/Letter or A5/Half Letter formats.

Time formats available when exporting

Seconds:

Displays time in whole seconds - for example 4500 for an hour and 15 minutes

Minutes:

Displays time in whole minutes - for example 75 for an hour and 15 minutes

Hours:minutes:seconds

Displays time in hours, minutes, and seconds - for example 1:15:00 for an hour and 15 minutes

Hours:minutes

Displays time in hours and minutes - for example 1:15 for an hour and 15 minutes

Decimals: with 2 decimal digits

Decimals: with 1 decimal digits
