That's why we've designed a program that gives back to you while helping us grow. For every school you successfully refer that becomes a FlightLogger client, you'll receive a 6-month discount on your academy's monthly subscription fee. Simple as that.

The Rewards
If/when a school referred to FlightLogger by you goes live with FlightLogger, your organisation is rewarded with a discount of 20% from your entire subscription fee*. The discount is calculated from your total subscription fee in the six following months.

How to Refer: Step-by-Step Instructions

Refer your friend to the Landing Page: Direct the referred school to our referral landing page: https://flightlogger.net/demo-refer/.
Instruct the referred school to fill in the form on this page to book an online demo of FlightLogger. -
Referral Information: Make sure the school inserts your company name in the field labeled "Referring Company" and your name in the "Referring Person" field.

Confirmation: Once the referred school books an online demo, we'll verify that the referral is eligible and then send you a confirmation email, outlining your eligibility and the expiration date of the referral.
Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: You must be an active FlightLogger client.

First Come, First Serve: If multiple clients refer the same school, the first to refer will receive the reward.
- Expiration: The referral expires after 12 months. This means that if the referred organisation has not gone live 12 months after the referral was registered, the referral is cancelled and you are no longer eligible for any referral awards. A new referral period can be activated if the referred organisation signs up to a new demo through the referral landing page.
- Affiliated organisations: The referral discount does not apply to organisations affiliated with your own organistion (shared ownership, part of the same main organisation, etc.).
- Organisation that we're already engaged with: In case we are already in active dialogue with the referred organisation, the referral discount does not apply (unless otherwise agreed with us in written). In that case we will provide proper documentation of our engagement.
- Discount ends if Referred Organisation cancels subscription: Should the referred client decide to cancel their subscription within 6 months after going live, the referral discount only applies for months where the referred organisation is still a client.
Notifications

Eligibility and Expiry: We'll notify you when a referred school books a demo, confirming your eligibility and detailing the 12-month expiration date of the referral.

Reward Activation: We'll inform you when your referral discount is activated, i.e., when the referred school has gone live with FlightLogger.
- Referral period expiry: If the referral expires without the referred school has become a FlightLogger client, we will notify you.
