Allowing staff, crew, and instructor access to information for other users

If you would like to disable other users from accessing the user info of staff, crew, and instructors, this can be done via the account settings.

To find the setting, go to Administration -> Account Settings -> User settings, and go to the section called User privacy

Here, adjust the settings according to your preferences.

In the first setting, if not allowing crew, staff, and instructors access to selected user roles,  only administrators are allowed to access these users. 

Note that you cannot restrict administrators from accessing any users. Also, users with multiple roles will be available in case one of their user roles allow for it, this for example means that if a user is both crew and staff, the user may (depending on the specific case) be visible if only one of the user roles is set to be hidden.
