Learn how to assign requirement to a user role or to aircraft/simulators

The fourth way to assign requirements is to assign to all students, instructors, staff, crew, administrators, and aircraft/simulators. This is an easy way to apply general requirements to certain user roles and aircraft without doing it on each user or aircraft.
