Cloning a training program

In case you want to create a new program which has many similarities to one of your existing programs, the easiest process would often be to use the program cloning function.

This allows you to make a complete copy of an existing program including all lessons, exercises, and requirements, so you only need to make your adjustments before you can start using the new program.
