Fixing missing calendar feed updates in Google calendar

If you are using the calendar feed function in Google Calendar, you might experience that newly created or updated events have not been updated on your Google calendar.

Google calendar will only update feeds every 12 hours or later. Google has had this problem for many years and shown no interest in solving it.

The only possible way to get live updates is to use another calendar application that will fetch the feed directly from the FlightLogger server.
