What are maintenance warnings?
Maintenance warnings help you monitor when aircraft are due—or overdue—for specific maintenance tasks. Warnings appear automatically based on your configured maintenance schedules and ensure safe, compliant operations.
You can access a complete list of warnings from the Warnings > Maintenance warnings menu.
Who can access the maintenance warning overview?
Access is restricted to:

Administrators
-
Users assigned as Maintenance administrators
To assign the Maintenance administrator permission:

Go to Users
-
Click a user and select Edit info

Under Additional permissions, check Maintenance administrator

Click Update
Example – assigning the maintenance administrator role:
Users with only “Certificate administrator” rights do not have access to maintenance warnings unless also assigned as maintenance administrators.
How to view and filter maintenance warnings

Go to Warnings > Maintenance warnings

Use the filter tool to customize the view
You can filter warnings by:

Call sign or aircraft model

Aircraft type (plane, helicopter, simulator)

Aircraft class (single-engine or multi-engine)

Status (e.g. missing, expired, expiry warning, requiring approval)

Specific maintenance items

Sort by call sign, next due, or status

Review this list regularly to avoid grounding aircraft unexpectedly

Assign the Maintenance Administrator role to operations or engineering staff who handle planning

Use filters to monitor specific aircraft groups (e.g. all helicopters or single-engine planes)

Use the Reports module to analyze long-term trends or recurring issues
