Getting started with the FlightLogger Help Center
Welcome to the FlightLogger Help Center! Built to help you, whether you are just getting started or need support along the way. If anything remains unclear after consulting the Help Center, feel free to contact our support team, we are here to help!
All users with admin, instructor, staff, or crew roles in FlightLogger have direct access to our Help Center and support team.
Once you have access to your FlightLogger account, you can open the Help Center by clicking the question mark icon in the top right corner.
The screenshot below shows where to find it.
You can also contact the FlightLogger support team by clicking Get Support under the question mark icon.

When contacting support, your message will be logged in our ticketing system to help us respond promptly and keep track of your request.
You are welcome to reach out with any questions or feedback. We value every comment and continuously use your input to improve the FlightLogger platform.
When submitting a support ticket, please include as much detail as possible. Information such as screenshots, user names, dates, and any other relevant context will help us resolve your issue more efficiently.
Once your ticket is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Our support team will then follow up with you as soon as possible.
