Including duty time in invoice expense reports
For accounts who have activated the Flight Time Limitation Module, it's easy to log and monitor duty time of your students, instructors, staff, crew, administrators, and renters.
In case you would like to use duty time for managing salaries, you can include duty time in your expense reports. Here's how it works.
How to enable duty time in expense reports
Go to Administration -> Account settings -> Flight Time Limitation Module (FTLM)
First, make sure that duty time is enabled on the selected user group. To have duty time included in expense reports, simply make sure the setting Invoice user role on duty is enabled and click save if necessary.
Finding duty time in expense reports
Once duty time has been set to be included in reports, all logged duty time can be found in users' expense reports. From the user page, click Settings -> Expenses
As shown in the example below, duty time is now included in the expense report and can be handled like any other expenses in terms of managing salary payments.
In the same way, duty time is included in invoice reports (expenses), available via the Reports menu. As shown below, a Duty time column is added to the report if applicable.
