Managing the master exercise list
Below is a video explaining the master exercise list and how to configure it.
Updating a program might require the addition of new exercises and the right steps is the following:
1) Create a new program revision and use the old revision as a template under "Revision Template".
2) Add any new exercises to the revision master exercise list
3) Create a new lesson if required or add exercises from master exercise list.
4) When ready make the new revision the 'active' revision so all future student will be attached to the new revision. This is done by clicking edit on the program under Administration->Program and set the new revision as the active revision.
Managing the master exercise list
First, you need to be a Master Exercise List Admin which you can set via:
Administration-> Designated User Roles
Here, you appoint one or more master exercise list admins, who will then get access to the master exercise list on each program via:
Administration-> Programs-> "select program" -> Master exercise list
About the master exercise list
The master exercise list enables schools to create and reuse exercises across multiple revisions and lessons and track students' performance on each exercise.
In this case you have to navigate to the program page and click Master exercise list.
Here you can find all your exercises, which are grouped together in statistic groups.
You can search for exercises and rename them. In order to rename them click on the statistic group to expand it and click on the pencil button.
