      Managing recurrent training programs

      This article explains our recommended procedures for managing recurrent training for SEP(LAND), OPC, LPC, etc.

      Create a program like the SEP(LAND) with the name SEP(LAND) and then a revision called for example 2024.
      When the recurrent training is about to happen you assign the program to the user and do your booking+registration after which you set the program to Completed.
      Next year, when the recurrent check is about to happen again you go to Administration -> Programs and then create a new revision of the SEP(LAND) program called 2025, which you then assign to the user again to book+register.
      This process works for both flight training and ground training programs.
