Refer a flight school to FlightLogger. When they sign up, your school gets 10% off its subscription for 12 months, up to €1,000 per referral, plus a personal thank-you gift for you.

You know other flight schools better than we do. If you think FlightLogger would help one of them, introduce us. When they sign up and pay their first invoice, your school gets 10% off its FlightLogger subscription for the next 12 months, up to €1,000 per referral. And because you made the introduction, we’ll send you a personal thank-you gift.

How to refer a school

  1. Send us the school’s name and the right person to talk to. You can use the referral form at https://www.flightlogger.net/referrals, email your FlightLogger contact, or just tell us next time we speak.

  2. Within 48 hours, we’ll confirm whether the referral is eligible and how long it’s valid.

  3. When the school signs, we’ll send your gift. When they pay their first invoice, your discount starts, and we’ll let you know the details.

The rewards

  • For your school: 10% off your FlightLogger subscription for 12 months, up to €1,000 per referral. Monthly and quarterly invoices get 10% off each invoice for 12 months. Annual invoices get 10% off the next annual invoice.

  • For you: A personal FlightLogger thank-you gift. We copy your school’s main contact on the confirmation. If your organization doesn’t allow gifts, we’ll donate to an aviation scholarship in your name instead.

  • More than one referral: Each referral adds its own 10% for 12 months, but your total discount can never be more than 100% of an invoice. The program reduces what you pay. It never pays out money.

Terms

  • You must be an active FlightLogger customer with no overdue invoices.

  • The referred school must be new to FlightLogger and not part of the same group or ownership as your organization.

  • If we’re already in conversation with the school, the referral doesn’t count. We’ll always tell you and explain why.

  • If two customers refer the same school, the first referral we register counts.

  • A referral is valid for 12 months. If the school hasn’t signed by then, it expires, and we’ll let you know.

  • The discount applies to subscription fees, not one-off fees. It ends after 12 months or when your own subscription ends, and it can’t be exchanged for cash.

  • No rewards are given to anyone working at the school being referred.
