Setting requirements on individual users and programs
When setting certificate requirements, you can either set it on the user, on the training program (when on students), or via the Assign requirements page to user roles and aircraft classes.
Requirements set on a user
Requirements set on the user will be active unless you deactivate the user (when they ex. leaves the company).
Requirements set on students on a program
Requirements set on a program are related to the program status of each student on the program.
When students are active on the program, the requirements assigned to the program are active.
Setting the program to "Standby", "Discontinued", or "Completed" on a student will remove the requirements from the student.
Activating the program triggers the requirements again.
Requirements set on a user role or aircraft class
Requirements set on a user role or aircraft class via Administration -> Requirements -> Assign are automatically assigned when a user has that specified role or an aircraft has the specified class.
If the user role of a user is changed, the requirement automatically adjusts accordingly. Also, if removing a requirement on the Assign requirements page, it is automatically removed from corresponding users and aircraft.
