Get started with cancellation reasons
You can configure your own cancellation reasons and decide for which type of bookings they should be available for
You can configure your own cancellation reasons and decide for which type of bookings they should be available for.
Go to Administration -> Cancellation reasons. Here you have an overview of cancellation reasons and what activities they they are linked to. Now you can click on "Create Cancellation reason" as seen below.
To create a cancellation reason you must give the reason a name and specify what type of activity the cancellation reason should be connected to.
After doing this, simply click on "Create Cancellation reason" and now you have created a new cancellation reason that is ready for use.
