A user is missing from the booking dropdown
If a user with correct permissions doesn't appear as an option when creating a booking, in most cases this is caused by the Booking page's filters, not a permissions problem.
Check the Booking page filters first
On the Booking page, look for the Filters button on the toolbar. If a filter is active, it can hide specific users, aircraft, or classrooms from the dropdown and calendar view, even though those users still have full access to the account.
To bring everyone back into view, select Filters: All in the top left of the booking page filters.
Note: These filters are saved to the viewing user's own account, not to their browser. Logging out, clearing cookies, or switching devices won't reset them. Only selecting Filters: All, or manually unticking the excluded items in the Filters panel, will.
Where these filters come from
A filter can be set up in two places:
- Directly on the Booking page, by the person viewing it.
- Under Administration > Filters, where a filter can be built in advance and then selected from the dropdown on the Booking page.
Either way, the fix is the same: open Filters on the Booking page and confirm nothing is excluding the missing user.
