About administrator rights

As an administrator, besides being able to manage all users, training, etc. you also gain full access to the administration module and all the reports.

An administrator doesn't necessarily have full access to all rights (the additional permissions like booking administrator etc.) which he or she will need to have added. However, an administrator can always give those to himself but it should be kept to a minimum so he won't get unnecessary, as these are embedded in the additional permissions.
