Email templates

This section relates to the default automated emails sent by FlightLogger. These emails are triggered by specific actions or events in the system and are designed to keep users informed without requiring manual follow-up.

FlightLogger includes approximately 30 standard email templates that are automatically sent to users as part of the platform’s standard workflows.

With this feature, you have the flexibility to customize both the subject line and the body of each email to suit your organization’s tone and communication style.

These default emails can be accessed via the dropdown tab, where each template is listed for easy selection and editing.

To make changes, simply click on the name of the email template. 

This will open a user-friendly email builder, where you can easily edit the content of the email before it is sent to your users.

Just remember to maintain the correct formatting (HTML is supported). If needed, you can always reset the template to its default version with a single click.
