Getting started with FlightLogger Payments
FlightLogger offers a module for receiving payments from Students, Renters & Customers directly in FlightLogger.
With our new integration with BlueSnap, we provide a user-friendly and comprehensive payment platform. This solution not only simplifies transactions but also features lower fees than other providers in the industry, allowing you to maximize your earnings compared to other options available in the market.
FlightLogger Paymentsis an integration with the payment processing service BlueSnap, allowing you to process students, renters, and customers payments within FlightLogger - and save money in the process.
FlightLogger Payments works with both our QuickBooks Integration Module and with our User Balance Module, which means you can use it in various workflows.
Top up balance from credit & debit cards
With FlightLogger Payments it is now possible to top up a balance on students & renters in FlightLogger.
Receive payments for QuickBooks Invoices
With FlightLogger Payments it is now possible to receive payment of QuickBook Invoices generated with the FLightLogger and QuickBooks integration.
Receive payment for customer's operations
The workflow for receiving payment for customer's operations is done in 3 easy steps:
- Fly and register the operation in FlightLogger
- Head over to Reports -> QuickBooks Invoices and invoice the customer
- Select FlightLogger Payments as payment method on the invoice and press Receive payment
- An email with the payment request will be send directly to the email of the customer registered in FlightLogger. (If the customer does not have an email registered in FlightLogger the email with the payment link will not be sent but can be shared from the Customer page -> Accounting tab -> Payments)
- Once the customer has made the payment it will be updated in FlightLogger.
