FlightLogger provides insights into all activities in your organisation, no matter whether it is an income or expense.
Choosing Reports - Invoice reports, will open up a list of all invoiceable activities in your organisation.
These reports can be defined according to a specific time period.
They can also be switched to show reports as either an income or an expense.
Reports can be toggled to show only activities that has not been invoiced, or all information, both invoiced and not invoiced.
Invoice reports can all be exported.
Income
This will show, for a specified time period, all persons and their activities in your organisation, whether it was school flights, rentals, theory etc.
Choosing an overview without invoiced activities, will look like this:
Looking at the numbers:
Everything that is before the slash is hours, landings etc that has been invoiced.
Everything that is after the slash (in bold) is total hours, landings etc in the time period.
Choosing an overview with invoiced activities, will look like this:
Looking at the numbers:
Everything that is before the slash is hours, landings etc that has been invoiced.
Everything that is after the slash (in bold) is total hours, landings etc in the time period. (both invoiced and not invoiced)
Choosing an individual person in the report, will open up a detailed description for that on person's activities in a specified time.
Times are now seperated by 1 or 2 slashed lines, depending on how many timers you have set up in your acraft settings.
Clicking on a specific date, will take you directly to the actual lesson / flight registrations (corresponding to the hours shown on the individual's personal report).
Expenses
This will show, for a specified time period, all expenses your organisation have towards persons in your organisation, for example, instructors.
To find the report, simply change from Income to Expenses.
You will, like the Income reports, get a report showing all users in a specific time period.
The numbers in the report are as explained in the Income report.
Clicking on the user name, will provide a detailed report of the specific users activities in the specified time period, as in the Income reports.
Also, as in the Income reports, clicking on a specific date will take you directly to the actual lesson / flight registrations (corresponding to the hours shown on the individual's personal report).
Invoicing
Going from the general Invoice report, into an individual user, your organization's financial team / accountant will have the ability to add an invoice number on all activities that has been invoiced. This can be done for both Income and Expense reports.
Clicking on the small pen & paper icon, will allow you to insert the invoice number.
The same can be achieved by clicking on the Invoice button, which will open pop-up window, where you can insert the number.
Accounting
All reports can be exported.
FlightLogger integrates with Quickbooks, a worldwide renowned accounting software, which will allow you the possibility of creating invoices from the data retrieved from FlightLogger.
