With our new integration with BlueSnap, we are proud to provide a user-friendly and comprehensive payment platform. This solution not only simplifies transactions but also features lower fees than other providers in the industry, allowing you to maximize your earnings compared to other options available in the market.

What is FlightLogger Payments
FlightLogger Payments is a brand new integration with the payment processing service BlueSnap, allowing you to process students, renters, and customers payments within FlightLogger - and save money in the process.
FlightLogger Payments works with both our QuickBooks Integration Module and with our User Balance Module, which means you can use it in various workflows.
Why use FlightLogger Payments?
- FlightLogger Payments offers lower transaction fees than other providers such as Stripe, QuickBooks, and alternative flight training management solutions. Often, this alone is enough to finance your entire FlightLogger subscription fee.
- Our integrated payment solution simplifies your payment processes, making it easier to manage and monitor all transactions effectively.
- Unlike bank transfers, which can often lead to delays, credit card processing guarantees timely payments.
Students and renters to store Credit Card info
FlightLogger Payments enables your students and renters to add their personal credit card details in a secure environment within FlightLogger.
The user can easily set up one or more payment methods on the user page in Accounting -> Payment methods.
This allows you as a school to efficiently process payments at any time, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow.
Streamline payments with QuickBooks
If you're currently utilizing QuickBooks for your accounting needs, integrating FlightLogger Payments with the QuickBooks Integration Module will streamline your invoicing and payment processing workflows.
With this powerful combination, you can manage all tasks seamlessly within the FlightLogger platform. Generate your invoices effortlessly and process payments immediately, all in one convenient location.
Select FL Pay on QuickBooks invoices to receive a payment via FlightLogger Payments.
Receive payments with the User Balance Module
For academies utilizing the User Balance Module, FlightLogger Payments simplifies the process of adding funds to your students' accounts. After a payment is successfully processed, their balance is instantly updated, providing you with a seamless way to ensure that your users always have sufficient funds available.
This streamlined payment processing removes the challenges associated with money transfers and payment delays, enabling you to concentrate on providing exceptional training.
To receive a payment simply go to the user's accounting section and click the new "Receive payment" button.
How to get started on FlightLogger Payments
To start using FlightLogger Payments there are a few steps you need to go through:
- Send an email to support@flightlogger.net to let us know that you want to get started. We will provide you with the link that you need to do in the next step.
- Sign up to create a merchant account with our payment processing partner BlueSnap.
- When Merchant account is created, our support team will contact you to set up FlightLogger Payments on your account.
- If you do not already have our User Balance Module or QuickBooks Integration Module we will set this up on your account.
- You are now ready to start receiving payments directly in FlightLogger.
Pricing information
FlightLogger Payments comes without any subscription. Instead, like all other payment processing services you are charged a percentage of each transaction. Fees are depending on your country and the type of transaction.
For detailed pricing in your country please write to our support team and let us know which country you are located in.
Note that while FlightLogger Payments accepts credit cards from the entire World, it only works for flight schools located in the supported countries.
Currently supported countries are: Australia, Canada, European Union, India, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
