Syncing FlightLogger with your personal calendar

As a user, you have the option to synchronize your FlightLogger bookings and certificate expiries into your personal calendar — whether that's Google Calendar, Outlook (O365), Apple iCal, or another calendar app — using a calendar URL feed

This guide walks you through getting your calendar feed URL from FlightLogger, and then adding it to your calendar app of choice..

Step 1: Get your calendar feed URL from FlightLogger

  1. Click your name in the top right corner to open your account menu.
  2. Select Sync with calendar.
  3. Click the copy button to copy the calendar feed URL to your clipboard.

Try following the step-by-step guide below to see the process in action.

Once you've copied the URL, you can add it as a calendar subscription in any of the apps below.

Troubleshooting: missing or delayed updates in Google Calendar

If you're using the calendar feed in Google Calendar, you may notice that newly created or updated events don't show up right away. This is a known limitation on Google's side — Google Calendar only refreshes subscribed feeds every 12 hours or so, and Google has shown no indication of fixing this.

If you need live updates, the only workaround is to use a different calendar application that fetches the feed directly from the FlightLogger server rather than relying on Google's own refresh schedule.

Note: calendar sync only covers your bookings and certificate expiries — it does not replace checking FlightLogger directly for the most up-to-date schedule.
