Troubleshooting: No AirNav RadarBox tracks found

In case you get the message No tracks found when trying to get the latest tracks from AirNav RadarBox, there can be several reasons for this.

This article explains the most common errors that you should check for when seeing the No tracks found error message.

Check that you have inserted the correct Off block and On block times

FlightLogger automatically displays all flight tracks that either start or end within your registered block time. Therefore, if you have registered false Off block or On block times, this might prevent FlightLogger from displaying the corresponding flight tracks on the debriefing page.

Note that you can manually change the time span for which you want to display flight tracks as shown here.

Check that the correct AirNav RadarBox registration has been set in your aircraft settings

It's important that the AirNav RadarBox registration set on your aircraft is correct as otherwise FlightLogger will not be able to retrieve the correct flight tracks. You can find information on how to check this in our setup guide for AirNav RadarBox flight tracking.

Get latest tracks button missing - Check that AirNav RadarBox integration is activated on your account

As an administrator, go to Administration -> Account settings -> Flight tracking, and check that the setting named Show "Flight tracking" area during flight registration is enabled.

Check that your aircraft transponder is either Mode S or ADS-B

AirNav RadarBox flight tracking relies on data collected using Mode S and ADS-B transponders. To be able to track your aircraft its transponder should therefore match this.

Please also make sure that your transponder is set to the correct time and date.

Check AirNav RadarBox's coverage for your geographical area

Though AirNav RadarBox covers most parts of the world, there might be certain areas not covered. You can check AirNav RadarBox's current coverage here.

If your area is not covered, we recommend that you set up an ADS-B receiver for free, which is possible in cooperation with AirNav RadarBox as described here.

Low level flights may not be covered by AirNav RadarBox

Due to the nature of ADS-B tracking, low level flights might not be tracked by AirNav RadarBox, which means no track will be recorded.
