On our live booking daily overview you can see the status of all scheduled, ongoing, and completed flights.
On the daily view, the status of each booking/flight is marked with a small icon. These are the states a booking can be in:
- Scheduled
- Briefing
- Flight
- Landed
- Debriefing
- Completed
On both daily and weekly view, when hovering on a booking to open the detailed view, flight status is displayed both in text and with an icon:
Colors to highlight bookings in "flight" - and warnings on flights exceeding fuel endurance or ETA
Since the Booking overview is live updated, all flights in flight mode are highlighted with colors on the daily view, both on the background of the aircraft call sign on the left side of the screen and flashing around the booking that is currently in "flight".
Blue color. The default flight status color is the light blue color as seen on aircraft OY-AAA below. The blue color merely indicates that the booking is in "Flight".
Yellow color. The yellow color as seen on aircraft OY-BBB below indicates a warning that the flight has not been registered as landed within the ETA set on the flight.*
Red color. The red color as seen on aircraft OY-CCC below indicates a warning that the flight has not been registered as landed within its registered fuel endurance.*
*In both warning cases (Yellow and Red), a warning email is automatically sent to the users, set up as either ETA or fuel endurance warning receivers in your account settings, as described in this article.
Warnings disappear as soon as the flight has been registered as either landed or on block.
Status shown on the Create bookings page
You will notice that the Create bookings displays the same status information and warnings as the Booking overview. However, be aware that currently the Create bookings page is not "live" the same way as the Booking overview, and therefore you must refresh the page to update the information shown.
